Sarah Still, formally known as Sarah Bergeest, is an accomplished makeup artist in film, television and fashion. Her talent and technique rapidly propelled her onto the international scene putting her in demand with some of the industry’s top celebrities, producers and directors.

Her journey as a makeup artist began in 2001, where she became distinguished for her work within the music industry. Over the next several years Sarah’s raw talent and determination allowed her to develop a strong client base, leading her to travel throughout North and Central America alongside several recording artists. Her sought after skills have led her to work on an impressive, yet extensive list of music videos and album covers for artists such as Nickelback, Teagan and Sara, Hedley, Theory Of A Dead Man, and Bif Naked. Her work has also been featured in various magazines, and countless commercial shoots, to extensive work in the upper echelons of A-list feature film and television shows. Her film credits are comprised of blockbuster productions such as Twilight – Breaking Dawn, Night at the Museum 3, the Diary of a Wimpy Kid trilogy as well some of the most watched television series in North America, including; Once Upon A Time, Arrow, Supernatural and Motive.

In addition to beauty makeup, Sarah honed her techniques in Special Effects makeup which led to a job working for Academy Award nominated Director, Neil Blomkamp. Sarah helped create the creatures for his short film “Alive In Joburg” which was later adapted to his successful feature production “District 9”.

She continues her extensive education and training, keeping up with the latest trends and innovations as well as learning new styles, and original techniques. Her creativity and dedication to the professional beauty field has put her on the top of her game, setting her apart from other industry professionals. Recently, Sarah expanded her services to include bridal and special event makeup. Her years of experience in the industry ensure that she has the confidence and ability to work with any skin type, any shooting format, and can adapt to achieve any look desired.
